Fresh eggs
2 eggs, 2 pieces of bread, 2 slices reduced fat cheese, 200ml milk, egg white, protein powder and cadbury drink mix
Lunch
On the sandwich there is avocado, low fat cheese, chicken (30g), lettuce, carrot, and tomato. No butter. The bread is wholemeal chia.
My breakfast
The rice is 45g brown rice (weighed when dry). 1/2 tsp sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp sunflower seeds, 1 tsp cashew spread and 2 tsp peanut butter
